Hello, everyone, and Happy New Year! I am a 20+ year corporate professional embarking on a second career as an elementary teacher. I am in my second year of teaching as a fifth-grade writing teacher. Our fifth grade consists of departmentalized classrooms, so I have five classes daily with 120 students total. We are just returning from Christmas break, and I'm ready to be back, I think.... 😀
