Hi,

I am a special education teacher at a regular school.

Many children with special needs are being added to the classes.

How do you manage the workload? And how do you handle teachers who haven't received the appropriate training?

The first thing I would do is get extra help from your principal 😊 You need to be able to give your students the attention they need (especially the ones who need more of it...). There are always other in-class strategies you can use (center activities, small group work, etc.) but I would definitely try to reach out to support staff or paraprofessionals...
