Essential knowledge every homeschooled child should learn

I homeschool both my kids, my son is 7 years old and daughter is 4 years old... I’ve been thinking about what non academic knowledge they need (general life basics) and am working on a list:

1. Time (days, months, seasons, etc)
2. The human body
3. Basic geography
4. The solar system
5. Shapes, measurements
6. Weather / Water cycle

What else do you think is important for kids to know? Thanks in advance!
