what strategies does everybody use to grade fairly (as much as possible) without spending hours on each assignment? Any tips will be much appreciated.... 😊

Rubrics and batch grading have saved me the most time 😊 A clear rubric takes the guesswork out of grading and ensures consistency.. plus, students know exactly what’s expected. I also grade in small batches (five at a time) instead of all at once, which helps me stay focused and consistent without burning out.
