What are your MUST HAVE classroom management strategies?

I'm a big fan of positive reinforcement with punch cards - they work wonders for my kids and gives plenty of motivation to get tasks done (or improve behavior). I also do "Class Bingo" from time to time. There are plenty of punch card templates you can use. Good luck!
